Late on a Friday night my mother in law (recently bereaved) was told that the removal company that was supposed to move her from her home of 25 years had given away her slot without any warning. She was distraught.

He could not have been more kind and helpful, and was willing to pull out all the stops to help even though they were booked solid. We had an excellent experience with Harradines from start to finish. As with many moves our exchange and completion dates were difficult to pin down until very late in the process but we found the administration & bookings team super helpful and very willing to come up with imaginative ways of accommodating our dates during what has obviously been a very busy time for removal companies – they went the extra mile and were great with communication and updating us on their availability.

We used their comprehensive packing and moving service and that was definitely worth the extra money – the packers worked swiftly (much quicker than we ever could!) and made sure everything was wrapped & boxed up securely. The removals team were also excellent and were polite and efficient throughout.

We definitely would recommend Harradines to others!

Over 4 intense days, Harradines packed up my home of 33 years, including many, many paintings and fragile items, and unloaded everything at the other end, including refitting the washing machine and dishwasher. The team were all cheerful, helpful, informative and skilled, going the (unexpected) extra mile at the delivery end. Nothing broke.

I wanted to drop you a line as I feel that all too often people are very quick to write with negative feedback.  However, I felt compelled to get in touch to tell you just how impressed I was with your company from beginning to end.  From Domenica in the office who remained patient and sweet on the phone when our dates kept changing, to the guys who came over and packed up and helped us move out last Wednesday.

It was absolutely boiling and there were so many stairs in our flat but they kept their sense of humour and remained fabulously helpful and professional to the last detail.

I would just like to say a great thank you on our behalf to John,Rick and Matt who moved us today.
We were so impressed with the speed and quality of their work.Everything was so well packed by John on the first day and stored in areas which meant we could access everything we needed for our last night in the flat.
Then on move day the guys turned up promptly and worked like Trojans to get the job done and stored everything in the areas we needed them.

Your guys moved us from Bromley to Sevenoaks in May. Today the guys have been to pick up the cardboard boxes post our move

On both days the guys were super-efficient and just did not stop! It was one of the hottest days of the year so far and they still carried on. No ask was a problem (and I’m sure packing up our huge house was not fun!)

I have to say I was sceptical that you would return to collect the boxes, but they are gone! I just had to say what a great company you have. I’ve sung your praises whenever I speak of the move
