As we’re sure you’ll be aware, the nature of buying and selling property
can sometimes be a hostile & volatile business not to mention expensive!.
To minimise you’re risk & financial vulnerability we offer a service where we’ll
underwrite your removal costs up to the sum of £3000 should your sale purchase unfortunately fall through. Upon booking & paying for your move,
if you have exchanged contracts, we can charge 10% of your overall costs
with us including vat. Also included in this 10% fee is the waiver of waiting
charges or next day redelivery should your completion be very late in the day.
